Called To Persevere
Draw closer, lend me your ear
The last of the last days are here
I have called you to persevere
To walk in faith and not in fear
Come what may
Draw closer now and seek my face
Come into the secret place
And I will instruct you in my ways
My ways are higher than your ways
I operate by mercy and grace
I will come down into the place
Where I find true worship and praise
I recompense Love for hate
Forgiveness instead of retaliation
I offer the free gift of salvation
To every kindred and nation
The hour is getting late
Do not go out in haste
Do not take the devil’s bait
Rather in my presence wait
Lean not unto your own
understanding
But in everything you do and say
In all the decisions you make
Let my Word be your guide
And everything will be alright
Draw closer
And do not fret or fear
The return of the Lord
Is drawing near
A day of great Joy and cheer
When you hear the Father say
Come up here my faithful servant
Come up here to stay
